News This month, we are off to explore the mesas and canyons of southeast Utah. I plan to get about a million photos and hopefully some good watercolor sketches along the way.

Right now in the Studio… I’ve been painting studies for most of the last month, exploring images for their potential to be large paintings. What’s really great is that I can explore a lot of images and techniques quickly and keep moving. It is a liberating experience. And most of the studies are nice paintings in their own right.
