The holiday season is fast approaching, and that means I've been painting small works all month long. Some will be heading to Manitou Galleries in Santa Fe and many will be here for my Holiday Studio Sale.
Small paintings are a good way to add to your collection. And they make great holiday gifts.
Small paintings also give me a way to play around with ideas and techniques.
"Dawn Shower" (above) is a good example of this.
If I like what I see, I start incorporating these into my future work.
